Non avilability IRCTC booking site From 8am to 8.15am serv unavailabledailybasis

I was logging for online ticket booking through IRCTC on 20/06.

UPto 7.59am the site was running smoothly. suddenly at 8am system showing SERVICE Unavailable.

This is happening everyday & the time frame halting the service is same from 8am to around of 8.15am. This is period when TATKAL ticket booking is happening . there may be chance some cartel or group having tied up with persons dealing with the server connection.

Because how everyday IRCTC online passenger booking site unavailable between same time frame. Certainly some action must be initiated.

It must be ensured railway authority to provide the best service to the passenger.

It also be noted that I never got TATKAL Ticket through IRCTC SITE.
