Misbehaviour by pantry car worker

Dear sir,

I was traveling from kaharagpur (KGP) to Bangalore in train 0803 on 20th Aug. in AC 2 tier, berth: A1/14. I ordered two meals during meals during my travel & the drinking water, which is part of meals had been not served to me. I asked about it to the pantry car worker but in reply he started misbehaving with me & was using abusive words. The pantry car worker name is Saket salvi. Please take the neceessary action againg the pantry car worker/manager so that this type of things will not repeat in future.
