Sir

I am a e tickets agents thru IRCTC On date 24 sep 09 My a/c deducted Rs 300, Rs 183, Rs. 366 its dispalay refunded amt but instead of credit this is Debit.

So it is a loss of my a/c.

Its is debit wihout any prior information.
