Manipulation in online reservation of Tatkal Tickets

Dear Sir,

I am a regular user of IRCTC website for online purchase of railway tickets. Today I tried to purchase Tatkal tickets Of 12th October, for my family members from CSTM (Mumbai) to Raipur, at 8.00 AM sharp, but could not succeed. Firstly when my watch showed 8.00AM, & I clicked the button, the website refused to issue ticket saying it is not 8.00 AM. Practically, the site opened as per my copmpuer watch at 8.03 minutes. After that my worries started. I tried my level best to quick book the tickets, filling all the details, and submitting, but the system was so manipulated, that it always showed error and within a span of 10 to 12 minutes, all the trains started showing waitlist from 30 to 40 numbers. I dont under stand how within 10 minutes, a total no. of around 600 to 650 Tatkal tickets were sold for all the trains leaving Mumbai station for Howrah for12/10/09. I request the Railway ministry to have a surprise check on the genuine ness of the passengers, since I doubt that agents and brokers have, captured the computer system with connivence of railway staff, failing the dreams of Mamta Didi.
