IRCTC Rail Ticket

I booked a ticket from IRCTC on 19.06.08 for my daughter Sumi Ghosh for Yeshwantpur to Nagpur by 3A class. The PNR no. of ticket is 4511056077 and transaction ID is 0052842734. The ticket was received at your Delhi office on 20.06.08 and the AWB No. is 567381987. The ticket is not yet delivered at the given address. The date of journey is 16.07.08. So kindly deliver the ticket immediately. If the date of journey was earlier then I don't know how could I travel? It is causing me lot of tension & mental agony. Let me know what are the alternatives available to me, if I don't receive the ticket in time. Expect an early solution. Thanks.
