Irctc ticket booking
Given waitlist even though tickets available in tatkal

Sir/Madam,

I don't know whether there would be any action taken on this plea of mine, but this is a genuine plea on behalf of me not getting confirmed ticket on 29 june trying to book it on 24 june. There were 48 available seats on the tatkal quota of the AC 3 tier when I booked my ticket. And when I finished booking there were 9 available. And even though there were tickets available I was handed over a waiting list of 13 and the stupid waiting list started from 19 which cannot be possible as mine is a tatkal and the tatkal quota starts on 24th for 29th before which ticket cannot be booked. I know money will be returned to me as I dont get the confirmation but is this the way of treating the customers. PLease do something in regard to this.
