i am swapan Jana from gaziabad. I was canceled the irctc train ticket on date 22.02.09 HRA TO NEW DELHI. PNR No. - 6224281475 Transaction id - 0092952450 refund amount 3000 rupees.

please sir give the details why are not refund amount deposit to my acoount?
