Dismantle side middle bearth in trains

This is regarding adding the side middle bearth in trains. the ones in the upper bearth are the major sufferer. due to addition of the middle bearth they cannot properly lie down for sleeping forget about sitting. though officially, the opening up of side middle bearth is prohibited, still TTs are alloting those seats to wait listing passenger that is leading to chaos and uncomfortableness. secondly even sealing the seats will not make the upper side bearth person comfortable. the indian railways has to think seriously about dismantling the side middle bearth and make the upper side bearth somewhat comfortable, as previous it was. lest nobody can travel in that seat
