Dera sir,

i had ordered an nokia bluetooth headset and an electric steam iron and an electric weighing scale in ivalue mart on april 12 but still now may 12th i have not yet recieved the products. and in my credit card the money has been deducted 3349.00 rs. i request ivaluemart and hsbc to send my products immediately at any cist please i request them to send it as soon as early.

this is the complaint i wanted to send to both ivalue mart and hsbc i request again to send it
