Earphone not working now

I have purchase Sony J120i in November from satguru communication situated at palam, Delhi-45.In january one of the speaker of my earphone stopped working. I went to sony erricson customer service centre (palam)

and asked to replace the same. They said its not available now I should contact them coming next week I asked if there any other outlet from where I can get it replace at that point of time but they said that the new stock is coming soon and I can it from them. Again I went there, Sonia checked the wire and it got a cut on it, in that process from the joining point of the mouthpiece. They gave to me and said it is a case of mishandly and it cannot be replace. Immediatly I called on the customer care no. that is (011) 39011111 and spoke with Manish kumar, He did nt even listen to me and started shouting at me, I want to replace my ear phone but not getting any response from the representative of the company. Totally bad service, totally dissappointed with the service.
