Handsfree Problem

Dear Sir,

This is vishal hear. I m from ahmedabad. for some help .. releted the problem of my sony ericsson mobile.

I Have the sonyericsson handset j120i. in the one year warranty this is the 4th time problem i faced that 4 month my handsfree used by company & since last when i put my headphone at the service center on the date of 2/2 & time is 3.03p.m. after that still they r not giveng me the proper reply for the complaint. releted my headphone. one time they said that collect from service center & nw they says that you get the head phone at your home adddress. so nw what is the proper & fix time when should i get my headphone back/??? can i have the proper reply regarding that. My head phone model no. is HPM-62 & The problem is mentation on the service tag is Faculty hf of 120i. Your Reference Order No: SES09AMD10772.
