Food smelling rotten

Respected Sir/Madam,

Food ordered from ' jaffer bhai's delhi darbar ' located at MARINE LINES class 1 restaurant.

The food smells rotten and i have been having food at this restaurant for last 4-5 days.

I was ill for last 2 days and having indigestion and loose motions.

I think i have an answer for my illness now.

When i contacted the restaurant staff they visited me and offered to refund the bill and take the food away. Offered me my money back only if i give them the rotten food back with the bill.

But i have kept the food with me as proof and hoping for an action.
