Egarding complaint against bank staff

I pankaj jain is having the ca/c in barclays bank in the name of jain traders b-76 new gupta colony delhi 110009 a/c no. is 000000810260 sir /madam i m availing the inland l/c limit of Rs 1.35 cr in ur bank 10 days before i have send the documents to open a l/c of Rs 50 lacs in favour of naresh kr ashok kr at the time of receiving the papers they says that it will take only one or two days to open the l/c but now it is already 10 days left but i dont get any responce and the staff of the bank is not ready to pick my phone or to give any responce this is not for the first time that htey r not giving the responce it has happen several times if there is any prob. regarding the l/c then pl. let me know but this is not the way.
