Execess Average Electricity Bill

Sir/Madam,

I live in Kota South Jone (H.No. 9F-11 Mahaveer Nagar III). Before last Six month I had ELECTRICITY BILL between 3500-6000 but this month (September) I got ELECTRICITY BILL of 10000 Rs. when I checked out meter they said that the meter was wrong (Dead) that why average bill is raised to you. But I had already changed it before 10 month & even meter reader not notified us about the meter problem.

my complain is that they didn't get correction in my corrent bill and didn't change my meter. So please look on this case & help me.
