Chane of address and non-receipt of monthly cheques

I have sent 3 letters and 5 emails to East Central Zonal office Patna for change of address and non-receipt of cheques which are due since January'08.

My new address is:

310 Bharat Residency, Plot No. 16, Mall Road, Ahinsakhand-2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad14

I have not got any reply yet.

You are requested to kindly take this matter up with the appropriate authorities, so that I can get my address changed and get my monthly cheques at my new address.
