Jetlite airlines
No refund

Dear sir,

i have booked the flight from delhi to chandigarh on 5th JAN on jetlite through thier website using credit card. the flight date was 6th JAN.since due to bad wheather they cancelled the flight and got written confirmation for full refund by staff. the cancellation number is 10053. they told me that you will receive the amount in your credit account within 1 week. but yet no replies from ATO, no mail replies... pls do needfull.
