Efund for my cancelled flight tickets

Tickets bearibg Nos. 7052161012425 & 7052161012426 were booked through Jetlite from Chennai to Port Blair (16th Oct). The day before the flight i received a call saying my flight has been cancelled without any other arrangements. luckily i got a flight ontime from Kingfisher. I was told that i would get my refund in 1 week by a Jetlite agent. As of today i have made 9 calls and every time i receive information saying the refund will happen in 2 days. Is there any way i can take them to court for this. The agents are very rude and have also disconnected my call twice.
