Jetlite cancelled my flight from Chennai to Port Blair on 16th OCT and i was informed the night before. When i called them i was informed that the tickets would be refunded in 1 week and i should go for some other airline. Now as of today Nov 25th the refunds havent happened. Also have called Jetlite 9 to 10 times as of now and have been informed that i will be getting my refunds in 2 days (everytime). i have raised my concern on mails to cust care and also have been caling every day lately.either my call gets disconnected or i get an answer saying i will get my refund in the next 2 days.
