Harrassment by the Jetlite employees

Dear Sir,
I am a privileged customer of Jet Airways. On 13th Morning I reached at Guwahati airport to catch the Flight No S2-702 going to Mumbai via Kolkata. I was going to Kolkata. But there was no employee on the counter while I was on the Line to get my Boarding Pass. Suddenly I observed that one employee name Kamsi taking the passengers going to Mumbai from the line. After asking her I came to know that my Flight has been re scheduled. & they have arranged one flight for the Mumbai people only. and they didnot even informed any of the passenger. When we protested then Kamsi misbehaved. After around 30 minutes their manager came & has no answer for all the misarrangements. Then another employee named Pallavi also misbehaved and told that I am uncivilized. These type of employees they have recruited and the service they are providing to the customers.
