NO REFUND AFTER CANCELLATION

I could not board on 12th of August due to a Traffic Jam in Delhi, Jetlite company cancelled the tickets on the same day that is 12th Aug & asked me to meet the bangalore airport counter for necessary refund as i had booked my tickets in b'lore Airport. The Bangalore Airport Jetlite Staff collected the necessary details of my credit cards on 20th of August in BIAL JETLITE COUNTER & promised me that the money would be refunded to the concerned credit card companies by 26th August but still now it has not been refunded & i am running around from more than a month for the refund as the Credit Card Companies have already charged me a fine of almost Rs.4500/-..

As i am in a FIX and if this amount is still not cleared to the concerned Credit Card Companies They will start Harassing me & i will have no other option but to go to the "CONSUMER COURT OF LAW" and also go to the "PRESS"
