Kalpana Gas Agency is Black mailing the Customer

Hi,

My complaint is against the Kalpana Gas Agency, Kukatpalli, Hyderabad. Theire delivery agents are demanding extra bucks while delivering the cylinders, When refused to give them extra buch they are not delivering the cylinders on time, When tried to complain to theire agency they don't listen and respond so roudly like we are not from a civil society. When i booked the cylinder they given the time for 1 week but now its crossing 4 week still my cylinder is not delivered. Take Immediate Action as it is becoming harassing place for every one. Since no other agency in area they are taking all benifit of that and blackmailing
