Eplacement of cooler pump

Dear sir/madam

here i want to bring to your notice that i have purchase a Kenstar slimline cooler from greater noida based aggarwal elect. shop and after 3 months its pump not working after complaint persons come and check the model of cooler which i clearly mention in my complaint but only giving me a promise to change this next time, after repeat complaint he was come with a pump with another model and fit it, and this is very funny to see that it is short in length and aprrox 2" above that means the water is left unused 2" in height out of 9" tank. He left with a promise to come back with right model but still after 25 days we are waiting, pls do the needful to change this.
