Kenstar Slimline Cooler

Hi,

I have recently changed my cooler pump (Cooler Model: Kenstar Slimline) through the contact information of Kenstar services.

The person who changed the cooler for 1000 rupees was Anil (Mobile: 98108 83201) and confirmed that will replace the pump again if there are any issue within one year.

I am calling him for last 2 months that the new installed pump is not working and he keep on saying that he will come to see very soon. Now he has stopped picking up the call.

Could you please look into the issue and get hold of this guy why he not responding to the complaint?
