Dear Sir,

i already complaint online on 27th of October for refund not provide against the bill no. uw00190655 dt. 25.04.08 from the K.N. telecommunication rudrapur (Udham singh Nagar - Uttrakhand). Till date refund not provide by the K.N.Telecommunication.

Sir, I Request you to pl take necessary action as soon as possible
