I had purchased HPpavilion desktop on 30/10/08 from Strategic Information Technologies Pvt Ltd. Deharadun, Uttarakhand and has sent a D.D in favour of your company of Rs 1500/- and copy of bill &original bar code. Till date i had not received my gift. when i am going to get it? what is the current status? I posted my query on redemptuion site but there is no reply.
