Non receipt of my orde

Dear Sir,

I have ordered for Kodok Camera & philips DVD player model No. DVS & DVD and paid the amount & already thru credit card (ICICI Bank). Bkg. ID is 110035752 & 11035872. It is not more than 25 days, . still I have recd. the above items thru courier.

Moreover I was informed that I am eligible for Air travel, stay at hotel and diamond voucher etc. I would like to know immediately what is the status of the delivery of above.
