To get refund back

i applied for kolte patil shares .i applied for 40 shares at cut off price. the amount was 5800.the shares were not alloted to me .so i am waiting for my refund.i checked for the refund at my old address.but i couldnt get it .so i want my refund at my new address(.G-6 nirman park, kancharapalem.visakhapatnam) my application no is 12317887.my icici dp account no.is 53075999 and my dp id is IN303028.please help me to get my refund back.
