Did not recieved my kit

This is gopinath from chennai. I applied kotakmahindra bank card and its approved.

They send the my card through your courier. My AWB no.is8071500124. on 3rd nov.2008. I received my pin no. Still now i did not receive my card. so pls take this complaint and rewert to me
