Kotex brand new napkins comes with stains

I'm a apprehensive to write about this but this is a matter of concern for me and every woman. I bought this brand new pack of Kotex ultra thin napkins when i unwrapped one of them to my shock the napkin had stain spots. I threw that one and unwrapped another one well the same was the case with that one and the rest of it. This was most horrifying and sickening experience i've ever had.

People who've had a similar experience please write and let all women know that this product sucks big time...
