Not satisfied with the work done

They charged me 3500 rs. for rebonding but havnt done it. and taken full money. when i went to them they said ye hi rebonding hai and started telling me k apko nahi pta ap logo ko kya pta hamara roj ka kaam hai and all. as its about a consumer right thats y m filling this complain with u and hoping that i will get justice either ma rebonding properly or my money back. Expecting my govt to give a right decision. waiting for a revert from u.
