No response to calls made to book gas & No delivery in time

Dear Sir,

It should be brought to your notice that we have been calling the gas agency to book a gas, for n number of times and there is no response from their end. It is shocking to see such behaviour from such a well known gas agency. As there is no response to take the booking, we are facing a lot of problem without the cooking gas. Hope something is done at the earliest, with regards to the same
