Online refund

HI All,

I have booked a ticket through "KSRTC.in" for travel from bangalore to chennai in Airavat Volvo bus on 4th Jan for tavelling date 17 Jan. My Booking reference id is OB1727043. Amount has been deducted from my account but no tickets has been issued. I have called customer care 6-7 time but they are responding at all. Also I have sent a mail also to onlinerefund@ksrtc.org but its getting failed and return message is no mail id exist under this name.

Could you please help me getting my refund from KSRTC of 585.
