Refunded amount after cancellation of ticket not credited

Hi,

I had booked a bus ticket through ksrtc website on 03-10 from Hubli to Hyderabad (journey date: 01-11-201 Rajahamsa executive). But i cancelled the same ticket on 24-10 because of some reasons. After cancellation I got a sms saying that your ticket has been cancelled and your amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days. Till today the amount has not been refunded to my account. The PNR number is T25859954.I called KSRTC help line 4-5 times and asked about the same thing they said they have refunded it on 3rd november itself. But till now the amount has not been credited in my account.
