Regarding cleaniness in kSRTC (Karnataka buses)

Hi

All my family members usually prefer traveling in KSRTC night buses when we go to my native (mangalore) as we believed it maintained cleanliness. But yesterday my sister traveled from Bangalore to Mangalore in KSRTC rajahamsha (nigth 8.40 p.m) and the whole night she didn't sleep because of bed bugs in the bus. The next she had to go to office. So I kindly request the concerned people to check into the cleanliness of KSRTC buses as most people prefer traveling in these buses as it is considered to be safe and clean
