Ksrtc Online ticket cancellation
Ticket amount not yet refunded

Hi

I had booked a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore on 02/09i had cancelled the tcket the next momment i booked it, and got an automated reply that the refund amount will be credited to my Bank account within 7 working days, and now it is more than a month that the amont has not yet been refunded to my account. can qnyone plz let me how to go about this
