I had ordered a ladies wrist watch with 10 changeable dials from rediffshopping. The reference number of the order is:16261423 and the order number is:5614425

The telephone number is:9849715962 The phone service is suspended.

I received the wrist watch today but the 10 changeable dials were missing; whereas the dials were shown clearly in the item list from which the order was placed.

The merchant has deceived me.
