Wrong advertisement

The experience I have had at LM 365 stores in last couple of times is worst ever in my life. I'll never ever visit any of your store or recommend anybody to go there..

When you can not provide the right item at right rate, why do you waste money on advertisement in the newspaper. You had advertised some offer on supreme basmati rice in The Hindustan Times on 04.08.2008... when i reached your store to buy the stuff and asked for the same rate I saw in the newspaper, your salesboy refused to give me the offer and gave me lousy execuse that rice stock was not available. Are you such an unprofessional people that you can not even check the rate being given in the paper. That salesboy told me that I would have to pay Rs 735 instead of Rs 499 which was in the newspaper. This was the wastage of my time and energy and other people also must have faced the same. I used to be the regular customer of your store but couple of incidents have changed my perception about your group. Not only this, I am going to report this to consumer forum and to let people know what's happening and how Lal Mahal is playing with the consumers. This was nothing but cheap publicity to attract the people to your shop. How can you do this? Dont you have fear to loose the customers?

If this continues, I am sure you'll have to put your shutter down. I thought Subhiksha was the worst but LM 365 is also in the same list. My suggestion "DONT WASTE MONEY ON WRONG ADVERTISEMENT... RATHER ANY OF ADVERTISEMENT".

I would like to request to newspaper people to highlight this kind of incident in consumer awareness forum to let innocent consumer know the fact and be aware of getting cheatled by the group like Lal Mahal.
