Reg: Dishonour of Cheque

Dear Sir,

We have to know today that Cheque No. 209868 dt. 12.12.08for Rs.4, 74, 547/- presented to our above mentioned Current A/c was not cleared upto 15.12.08. It has reflected adversely to our Market Good-Will.

It was informed to us at the start of the month that POP-UP window facility has been activated to our Current A/c, According to which required funds can automatically be credited from our C/C A/c to avoid Cheque Bounce situation.

Please let us know clearly under which circumstances POP-UP Window could not be activated? How the Cheque declared Bounce?

We shall not be continuing our Accounts with you, if the facility is not applied by the Bank.
