Payment debited but ticket not booked

I have purchased ticket for verabal to habibgunj. First time when i make payment, irctc server can't respond. Then i tried second time, so i get ticket but charges of two tickets was debited from my sbi card, I also find failed transaction id in refund status tab, which shows payment not collected from bank. Now how can i get my money back
