Frequent changes in the resolutuion

The monitor changes the resolution which result in the distraction of the images and the letters

at the resolution range 1440 by 900 it is normal and the changed resolution is 1600 by 900 which is the problem.

it has been more than six months i am going through the problem. most recently i loged the complaint on saterday 1st of august, i was told the concerned person will contact me within 24 hours but i have not been contacted by any one till now

it was highly unexpected from a company like LG. please help.
