Freezer Problem

I have made a number of complaints to LG all in vain. The problem with my fridge is that the refrigerator compartment stops cooling due to excess ice formation in the freezer compartment.

So far, all the parts except the frame of the fridge have been changed but the problem has not been resolved.

To avoid such problems, we keep the fridge off for 4 hours a day and set the temperature control to 6.

Looking for help from someone somewhere to resolve this problem once and for all.
