Ashamed of buying LG Refregerato

I had purchased a Refrigrator double door, model no GL 304VMG4 from VK distributors it had stopped working within 2 days of purchase and had registered a compliant, engineer was sent, it was repaired and again within 4 hrs it stopped working, then again after reregistring the compliant it was picked from home and again repaired but inspite it again stopped working, now it is lying idle and it has no use except for use as almira, It is just 19 days since i purchased the product. We are having a difficult time in summers, but really frustrated

We want a replacement of product of money back immediatiely

i am ashamed of using the LG product this time while i have been a

long user of the product
