Sub: Complaint against M/S New Leela Agencies, Sadar Bazar Barnala, Punjab.

Respected Sir,

With due respect that I have purchased one Nokia model 2630 from M/s Kamlesh Electronics, Pharwahi Bazar Barnala Product Code 0549379 Warranty Ref. No. APAINY 122484881. Service Job Sheet No: 075434038/080625/21

That above said set was missed some functions. I had deposited the above said set with M/s New Leela Agencies, Barnala on 20.6.2008 but with malafide intention and to harass me the above said set was sent to center on 25.6.2008 and instructed collect the above said set after 15 days.

That on the expiry of 15 days I visited and enquire about my set but M/s Leela Agencies Barnala told that we are not bound to deliver your set after 15 days or more, when we receive the set then deliver to you.

I requested that I am suffer a huge loss due to non delivery of above said set.

That number of requested were made to M/S Leela Agencies kindly collect the above said set and delivered to me immediately but M/S Leela Agencies Barnala insulted me and told that we are not bound to deliver the above said set if you have any objection lodge any complaint any where we not bothered any complaint /notice/Consumer court.

In these circumstance do the needful immediately otherwise I shall compelled to launch a legal action against you in the competent court of law at your costs and risks. Copy of this complaint has been kept for ready reference.
