Poor service

Dear Sir,

I gave my set for repairing to Nokia care centre at Rishikesh, State: Uttarakhand, India. my phone set was working intermittentaly.when I gave it to above mentioned center. I got a call that my phone is being made OK Ican collect it. But when I get their for collection, rescepsnist inform me that my phone can not be reopaired. when I enquired they didn'd gave good responce they have taken my phone vide job card no 419434038/080421/4 dated 21 Apr 08.

Despite telling repetetively intermitent problem they have written the in problem coloum power not getting on.even though I shown them set on.

You are requested to intervain and do needfull.
