New phone not working

I have never experienced problem with using nokia as my brand for ccell phones until i purchased my new handset Nokia 3600 slide that doesnt wrk at all.

I purchased it on 2nd Feb & it worked fine for a month & then it just stopped working Now the taking it to the nokia care center is its only life line to work & i have to do this every month Trust me unfortuneatly i paid a bomb to buy this disgusting piece that doesnt wrk, When contacted Nokia Service center they told me it cant b replaced

Thats very annoying because i pay for something that I cant use at all

The volume dsnt increase, Power dsnt on once off, handsfree dsnt connect, dsnt recognise its original memory card as well Trust me its a bad experience withg your company

I want something to be done about this asap or else Ill b forced to approach the consumer complaints as I value my money a lot
