Not getting the bonus of 40%

I am having the money back policy no 181584814 and paid the preimium in time. I have received the bonuses of 30% and 30% well in time. And the last bonus which should have reached by april is still due on the side of LIC and when I inquired of it I came to know, that the agent who did the policy had ran away with the bonus cheque. The Branch Manager of the LIC Unit III, KOTA, RAJASTHAN has promised me of getting the payment by saturday i.e.20/6 but nothing has come out and I am still suffering of the delay of the payment and my due date was 28/4/09. So I am bringing this into your kind attention. It is already about two months past of the bonus and one losses his patience
