LIC Jeevan Suraksha Policy
Non settlement of maturity Notional Cash Option

The date of annuity vest in respect my Jeevan Suraksha policy no.954002996 was 28 Jan.2008.

The concerned Branch of LIC did not intimate me this date, till (on my own), I sent policy document to the concerned Branch in 1st week of December. Ths was duly acknowledgsed by the branch by e mail on 17 December. However till today I have not received the maturity proceeds.

I contacted the Branch Mnager at least 5-6 times by phone. Now they say the document is not traceable.
