Not received the Bonus, due from July

Dear Sir,

I am holder of LIC Policy no 182392892, Money Back Policy. Yet I have not recieved Rs20000/ from LIC, which was due from July.

Contacted LIC Office at Ambernat and Boisar, . It has been paid, but till date I have not receied it. I request your assistance for my dues wityh interest.
