LIC POLICY
Bonus on the policy not paid

My policy no is 252013903. I had a address chage and updated the same in policy records timely. I had a bonus refund due in march on this policy and it has not been paid till now. I enquired about it one month back and came to know that it has been send to old address. I gave the application again as the records were not updated, though it was showing new address in premium receipt. I was told that i will get the cheque in 1 week and nothing id done. The Phone no given by them is always busy, and even it you get the line they will put it on hold.
