LIC policy (SS scheme)

Sir,

I had two LIC policies at BOII, Phool bag at GWALIOR on SSS scheme basis. On my trnasfer to DFRL Mysore, I had applied for transfer of the same to Branch No 679, CBO, Mysore. Policy was not transferred for six months. The I contacted the manager, CBO II (Br Code No 679) who in turn took action at his level to get the same transferred. Only the soft copy (Master) had come to the branch.

One of my policies matured and payment was due in the month of Aug. The branch could not make payment of maturity value due to non-availability of hard copy and the policy bond in physical form.

In spite of my repeated requests the BO II of Gwalior is ignoring the request. Kindly initiate an early action at your end to send the hard copy to CBO II (Br Code No 679), Bannimantap, MYSORE so that the policy holder is not put into unnecessary financial hardship.
